    Description

    Selling this interesting estate find.  A Sklar Chrome made in USA cutting tool.  Veterinary?  Surgical?
    I can't find info on this tool.  The compound mechanism is fairly firm with little wiggle in it.
    Condition is relatively good, but has seen use.  Cutters look pretty good, but not perfect.
    Compound cutting for power.  Looks like they had handle extensions, but I don't have that part.  As pictured.
